PHED 1205. Concepts of Fitness (1-2-2) This course is designed to help students understand the role of fitness and related wellness components including cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, body composition, and nutrition; develop and implement safe and effective personal fitness programs; and, participate in structured physical activities relevant to effective personal fitness plans. (Course fee required.)
