Shift your lens. When you understand crime as a social phenomenon, you can become a positive force for change. At Columbus State, you'll learn to think critically and creatively about why crime occurs and how justice is shaped by complex economic and political forces.

Columbus State's Bachelor of Science Criminal Justice program helps students develop a real-world perspective on crime and the U.S. legal system. Our curriculum emphasizes criminology and corrections theory, victimology, investigative methods, and communication skill-building. Traditional coursework is enhanced through internships, guided field experiences, and one-on-one mentorships.
